Regenerate London offers you the opportunity to regenerate your capital through the regeneration of the capital. Our business model is simple. We identify areas and properties which are prime for development and consequently will increase in value. We then purchase the real estate and apply for planning permission. Our team has extensive experience in this field and has many key contacts within London’s planning departments. Our strategy is to develop the real estate or to sell to an external developer.
